Organic and Biodynamically Certified Potatoes.


We grow over 7 different varieties of Potatoes. 

German Butter Potato, rich buttery flavour that is truly unique. German Butter is an excellent winter storage potato. And amazing roasted, sauteed, mashed.

Red Chieftain Potato, subtle, sweet flavor. Their waxy texture helps them stay firm throughout cooking, making them ideal for stews, soups and salads. They roast beautifully and are a colorful addition as a side dish.

Yukon Potato, simply as yellow or gold potatoes, are a thin-skinned potato with yellow flesh. They have a creamy texture and an almost-buttery flavor. They are great for baking or mashing.

Russet Potato, is white, dry, soft, and mealy, and it is suitable for baking, mashing, and french fries.
